1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted if your e-bike arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications listed at the time of purchase.
- E-bikes must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Custom-built or personalized e-bikes are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.
2. Return Window
- Customers must notify Jrat Customs Ebikes of any issues within 14 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or return.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our team at sales@jratcustomebikes.com or call 941-688-0671 with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the e-bike and covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or defect caused by us.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned e-bike has been received and inspected by our team.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping, handling, and assembly fees are non-refundable.

- Accessories and parts that have been installed or used
